Examination Results for 2014 released.

Greenacres Education Trust congratulates all Primary leaving candidates, teachers, support staff and parents of Greenacres Junior Academy for the third year posting very good results in 2014 exams.

Holding 685 National ranking.
Pass rate of 45% in first grade.
Pass rate of 55% in second grade.

20 pupils sat for the finals;
9 passed in first grade
11 in second grade

We congratulate our cadidate pupils 2012 upon passing their Primary Leaving Examinations. We thank all the teachers and Head teacher for the hard work invested to make this possible. All our pupils have passesd with good grades and have the oppotunity to secure admission to secondary schools of their choce.
 
The school takes pride in the support received from all parents, the governing board administrative authorities and the local community through the years of our infancy.

Beginning of term I 2012

It has now been 3 weeks since the beginning of first term, 2012. Greenacres Junior Academy has registered more pupils this year. The total number of pupils has increased significantly (approximately 300 pupils). Currently some pupils lack where to seat due to insufficient seats and rooms. But thanks to all those supporting us financially and spiritually. The nursery section and the main hall are all under construction and soon we are expecting to settle. May the almighty grant you all the best!

Academic year 2011 ends.

We congratulate our students, parents and our friends who have made this possible. A graduation ceremony was held on 26/11/2011 to celebrate top class pupils joining primary one next year who have passed their exams.
 
Speaking at the function, the head teacher Louis Ochora thanked sponsors, parents staff and the board of governors for the cooperation he has recieved that has made his work easier.

We wish all our supporters a Merry Xmas and prosperous happy new year.

Tim Tate well done on completion of Cost2Cost cycle ride!

Thank you so much for sponsoring Tim for the Coast-2-Coast cycle ride across England which Tim, Laurie and other friends completed this weekend.  In total they rode 200 miles over some of the most stunning (and hilly) scenery in the country.  This was the hardest thing Tim has ever done but the banter and support of his fellow riders and the knowledge that he had managed to raise over £3,000 to help Mustapha’s Greenacres Junior Academy in Uganda, really kept him going - even when his legs ...

Third term begins successfully

For the first time Greenacres Junior Academy begins with presence of the chairman board of trustees visit. During his speech he thanked the staff and parents for the good work and dedication towards improving the academic performance in the school which would have been impossible without the well wishers and sponsors in Citi private bank London. The charity trust is now up and running.
